A message dated June 30 was received stating the Governor signed the                                                            
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     "An Act relating to the Board of Pharmacy; relating to health care                                                         
     services provided by pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; and
